Receptionist Role Available on a temporary to permanent basis.
Pay - 11.54 per hour.
Monday and Friday 8am-12pm
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:30am-5pm (Potentially a 2pm finish but this isnt guaranteed).
Due to increase in business we are now recruiting a receptionist for a busy office in Hallen.
Due to the location of the business it is essential you have access to your own transport

DUTIES -
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Handling incoming mail and distributing documents
- Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and presentable
- Maintaining office staff and equipment
- Assisting with planning of company events and corporate meetings
- Preparing meeting rooms
REQUIREMENTS -
- You must be fluent in Microsoft and excel
- Proven experience in administration or reception is essential
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Candidates must have previous administration/ receptionist experience and be available to start immediately on a temp to perm basis.
You must be confident in dealing with people both face to face and over the phone and be a good communicator.
