An established and successful company that continues to trade well is looking for a new manager for its cafe near Patchway in Bristol. Serving an all day all fresh light breakfast and lunch menu alongside a range of cakes, patisserie, pastries and great coffee and beverages in a very relaxed and informal setting.
CAFE MANAGER - IS THIS YOU?
- Experience as a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager in a busy, fast paced commercial customer facing operation
- A passion for serving high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service
- A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
- Experience working with food - preparing and serving
- A strong people manager with the ability to recruit, train & motivate a team to get results
- Financially and commercially astute with the ability to build sales
CAFE MANAGER - MAIN DUTIES
- Manage all day to day operations, including people, stocks & finances
- Recruit, train and develop your team
- Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
- Maintain high standards of customer service & compliance
- Basic food preparation
- Drive sales
