We are delighted to continue assisting an excellent group of restaurants. One of their luxurious establishments, a premium steakhouse set in the heart of Bristol, is looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead and inspire their Front of House team of 20+.

- £35,000 per annum plus £15,000 service charge and a 15% incentive bonus

Responsibilities as the Restaurant General Manager
- Taking a hands-on approach to leading and managing the team
- Providing high-quality training and development to the Front of House team
- Being proactive by developing and implementing strategies to enhance guests dining experiences
- Going above and beyond to ensure every guest has a positive experience and leaves wanting to return
