Our client is looking for a restaurant manager to oversee the main restaurant.The restaurant has 80 covers, with private dining, and outstanding views overlooking the estate.This is a contemporary restaurant, and can manage 100 covers+ during a busy service.
We require a restaurant manager who has the ability to manage a busy and demanding restaurant, leading a team from the front and acting as the host of this key department,
Experience of country house hotels is preferred, together with a background of working in a quality restaurant environment.
