Our client, a leading creative agency within the video games industry, is seeking an experiencedAccount Directorto join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and strategic professional to manage key client accounts and drive top-tier creative campaigns. In this role, you will lead a team within the agencys Client Services department, overseeing the day-to-day management of high-profile clients. Youll work closely with creative and strategic teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and impactful campaigns across various media formats, including digital, print, and live-action. Your role will be central in maintaining client relationships and ensuring the smooth execution of multiple complex projects.

We are seeking someone with a deep understanding of the latest market trends in gaming, communications, and creative industries. Youll be skilled at aligning our creative capabilities with client needs and play a key role in driving growth, both for our clients and internally within the agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the management of multiple key client accounts within the gaming and entertainment sectors.
  • Guide and inspire a team of Account Managers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work across multifaceted campaigns.
  • Provide professional development and performance management for direct reports.
  • Maintain financial oversight, ensuring that projects meet profitability goals and identifying opportunities for client growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong, senior-level relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Drive new business development initiatives, identifying and securing prospective clients.
Professional Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in a creative agency environment, managing complex, multi-territory campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and understanding of client business needs, particularly within the gaming sector.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing client relationships at a senior level.
  • Excellent communication skills and financial acumen.
