Account Manager - Online Retailer

We’re seeking an experienced and talented e-commerce/Online Retailer Account Manager to join this health and wellbeing consumer FMCG business with exciting growing brands across various categories within this sector.

You will play a key role in managing and growing the online retail business delivering exceptional account management skills. As an account manager, you’ll manage all online retailers and online marketplaces.

Any Account Management experience with beauty, clothing, FMCG, gifting etc. would be very helpful!

Objectives of this role
  • Build relationships with buyers and develop existing accounts. Also identify and gain new customers and seek new business opportunities
  • To achieve sales target based on YOY growth and to maximise margin
  • Setting account plans annually
  • Ensure product listings are maintained, includes images and descriptions,
Tasks:
  • To gain a full understanding of products and market in general
  • Manage strong profitable business plans to customers
  • Presenting new products to grow listings within existing and potential new accounts
  • Analyse sales data and generate reports to track performance, identify trends and make recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing and customer service, to execute online campaigns and promotions
  • Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Attend conferences, events, and trade shows to showcase products

Required skills and qualifications

  • Experience managing online and bricks and mortar retail accounts including Amazon.
  • Strong expertise in managing product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
  • Great analytical mindset with an ability to use data to drive decision-making and present solutions for boosting online sales.
  • Willingness to travel (domestic and international) for company events or business meetings.
  • Confident in face-to-face business meetings
  • Driving licence.
