The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
  • Identify new sales leads and generate business opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Produce regular and accurate forecasts for revenue streams and new business pipelines.
  • Research organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.

The Candidate:
The ideal Business Development Manager will have:
  • Experience as a Business Development Manager, Internal Sales Consultant or Account Manager ideally within a b2b setting
  • Experience of using a CRM or sales database
  • A proactive outlook with the ability to handle cold calling knock backs.
  • The ability to self-motivate and work to exceed targets.
  • The capability to work well individually or as part of a team.

The Package:
The Business Development Manager will receive:
  • Annual salary of £24k + commission.
