The Role:

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager with a strong focus on driving growth across our platform and service offerings, delivering against agreed targets. As a key member of the sales team, you will work collaboratively with internal teams to identify and develop new business opportunities while also expanding our reach within the existing customer base. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of aligning market needs with our comprehensive solutions, working with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, maximise market reach, and achieve revenue growth.

The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end sales process for our core services, with deal values typically ranging from £50,000 to £1,500,000 and sales cycles lasting between 3 to 12 months.

You will be responsible for:
  • Directly contributing to the total value of opportunities in the pipeline with leads that are qualified correctly and aligned to our core services and typical deal values.

  • Nurturing positive relationships both internally and externally. Acting as the primary business contact for key prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle, ensuring leads are qualified, nurtured and closed effectively, whilst also maintaining customer satisfaction standards.

  • Supporting the customer journey with the delivery of persuasive presentations and quality proposals, that highlight the benefits of and value of our product and service solutions.

Youll bring the following to our team:
  • Proven experience within a business development capacity within a software development or technology environment, with a proven track record of delivering against set targets.

  • Familiarity with customer-centric approaches to product and service development.

  • Experience utilising CRM software such as Synergist or HubSpot. .
