The Role:
As the Business Development Manager, you'll be:

  • Enhance sales and profitability via strategic product promotion and active selling.

  • Foster growth of both new and existing customer relations to leverage account potential fully.

  • Take responsibility for developing Joint Business Plans with principal customers to drive value and increase market share.

  • Possess a solid background in construction product sales and a track record of success.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and account management abilities.
  • Utilize relevant software efficiently and demonstrate creative, analytical, and commercial acumen.
  • Show a results-driven attitude, self-motivation, and resilience.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the Housing Developer market and related products.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Business Development Manager role will have:
