Job title: Business Development Manager
As Business Development Manager you will manage growing presence in the South West as well as boost profitability and help achieve expansion goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive sales of new equipment in the South West Region, particularly focusing on building entrances & secure automation solutions.
- Engage directly with a mix of end users, contractors, and faade consultants, developing meaningful relationships that lead to successful long-term partnerships.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and develop growth plans to increase quality project-related enquiries.
- Conduct site surveys, develop solution specifications, and work closely with estimators to offer tailored solutions to our clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, fostering relationships, and acting as an ambassador for the brand.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in business development and sales ideally within a construction environment.
- Confident and experienced in conducting site visits.
- Ability to communicate technical information precisely to both internal teams and external clients. Comfortable with speaking and delivering to large groups.
- Confident in using CRM systems and proficient with MS Office.
- Motivated by hitting targets, with a proactive and consultative sales approach.
