The Role


We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our clients market leading business. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in the company's success by acquiring new clients and expanding their market presence. Finding new sites, whether it's whitespace or winning from competitors, it is key to driving their growth.


The Client

Key Responsibilities:


-Research and understand the territory to identify potential target sites.

-Conduct research on client backgrounds and industry landscapes to fully comprehend client needs.

-Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and self-generated leads.

-Build a robust pipeline based on personal conversion ratios, ensuring consistent monthly target delivery.

-Manage client engagement from the early stages to contract signature, working closely with all stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

-Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the process.

-Evaluate the commercial aspects of proposed sites and suggest improvements if needed.

-Always maintain professionalism and work conscientiously.

-Assist in developing business and marketing plans, identifying growth potential.

-Reinforce, maintain, and develop the company's brand.

-Ensure compliance with CRM practices.

-Deliver professional presentations to both internal and external audiences.

-Collaborate with other Business Development Managers to achieve the annual team target.

-Plan client visits, travel, and overnight stays efficiently to align with business needs.
