How you'll make an impact

Reporting to the Accounts Department Manager, the key responsibilities of the Credit Analyst include:

  • Producing a suite of weekly and monthly reports for senior management and team KPI tracking.
  • Analysing data to proactively identify and implement policy and process improvements.
  • Collaborating with various government agencies to ensure customer records are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintaining ledgers by identifying and implementing bulk cleanup activities.
  • Working closely with third parties to reconcile agreements after a break in payment to determine the cause.
  • Managing split debt between customers and agencies.
  • Creating monthly lists of live agreements.
  • Building reports from the database and conducting thorough analysis.
  • Confidently identifying and correcting errors using tools such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
