How you'll make an impact
Reporting to the Accounts Department Manager, the key responsibilities of the Credit Analyst include:
- Producing a suite of weekly and monthly reports for senior management and team KPI tracking.
- Analysing data to proactively identify and implement policy and process improvements.
- Collaborating with various government agencies to ensure customer records are accurate and up to date.
- Maintaining ledgers by identifying and implementing bulk cleanup activities.
- Working closely with third parties to reconcile agreements after a break in payment to determine the cause.
- Managing split debt between customers and agencies.
- Creating monthly lists of live agreements.
- Building reports from the database and conducting thorough analysis.
- Confidently identifying and correcting errors using tools such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

What you'll get in return
- Salary: £33,000 to £35,000
- Study Support: Available
