Procure Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join our clients busy team as a Customer Account Manager. This role is to manage their clients accounts and to maintain an excellent level of customer service throughout the process.

The job role involves taking and processing orders from their existing customers via telephone and email and ensuring the customers needs are constantly being met.

Experience within a business-to-business environment is preferred, but if you have experience in either a customer service, sales or account management we would love to hear from you !

Main Duties Include-

  • Customer Assistance: Respond to incoming customer inquiries promptly, efficiently, and courteously via phone, email.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues and concerns, troubleshoot problems, and guide customers through appropriate solutions. Utilize available resources and tools to resolve customer complaints.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and modifications. Ensure that customers receive a smooth and seamless buying experience.
  • Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products that will benefit the customer.
  • Professional Communication: Exhibit a friendly, empathetic, and professional communication style. Ensure that customers feel valued and respected throughout their interactions with the company.
