Job Overview
We are looking for a Graduate Account Manager. You will play a crucial role in managing energy consumption across various sites while supporting our team of account specialists.
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with a team of account supporters to provide assistance and guidance.
- Calculate and analyse the energy needs of different sites.
- Engage positively with clients to address queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Dealing with our suppliers and sorting out their energy bills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Hold a minimum of a 2:1 degree in any Science or Mathematics-related field.
- Skilled in Microsoft 360 including Excel.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Team player.
