Delighted to be working with a Bristol based Professional Services firm who are looking for a Reward professional at Senior Advisor or Manager level on a permanent basis. Due to growth and a strategic review of the People agenda, this is a newly created position removing reward away from the HR Business Partners as the firm develops specialist areas within the People team.

Reporting into the Head of HR Operations this is an ideal opportunity for a Reward professional looking to develop and progress their career and make real impact on the overall reward and benefits strategy.

You will work closely with HR colleagues and senior stakeholders to deliver day-to-day operations within Reward, as well as supporting on annual reward & benefits cyclical activity and adhoc reward projects. This is a broad role that's responsible for:
* First point of contact for all reward queries from HR as well as the wider business, working closely with the HRD and HO HR Operations to develop an overall reward strategy for the firm
* Annual reward & benefits cyclical activity
* Management of the annual reward calendar
* Lead on updating and reviewing reward policies, procedures and processes.
* Salary and benefits benchmarking
* Data reporting
* Lead on annual benefit's renewal activity

You will have proven experience of working within Reward and Benefits and all related cyclical activity. You will be highly numerate with excellent excel and analytical skills with the ability to scrutinise data and provide accurate and up to date reporting. You will be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively with a curious mindset to challenge the norm and present new ideas.

Experience of working within a Professional Services environment and therefore a strong understanding of a Partnership is essential.
