Trainee Customer Account Manager, Bristol

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer accounts, cultivating strong relationships with clients and providing excellent support to clients. Responsibilities

  • Taking calls from customers and assisting with enquiry in timely manner
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and modifications to ensure seamless buying journey for the customer
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, promoting customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Develop excellent understanding of product portfolio to ensure best solution is offered to clients
