We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to join us, focusing on driving growth, building client relationships, and supporting sales activities within your designated area. In this role, you’ll work closely with an Account Manager to exceed sales targets, maximize profitability, and secure long-term business through impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do:

As our Sales Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy, actively contributing to both commercial and technical aspects of the sales process. You’ll:

  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to boost sales and support market growth within your assigned region.
  • Conduct site visits to troubleshoot, identify customer needs, and develop tailored solutions.
  • Support new product trials and provide hands-on technical and commercial expertise to customers.
  • Prepare quotes, respond to technical enquiries, and support overdue payment processes.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, sales reports, and insights within our CRM.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, end-users, and internal teams, keeping them aligned with business needs and goals.

What You Bring:

  • Education & Experience: A background in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a business field, ideally with an HND/Degree, along with 2+ years in customer-facing commercial roles or relevant technical sales experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience in machine learning, AI, data acquisition, or telemetry equipment, with wastewater industry experience being a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, effective CRM management, and comfort working with IT equipment.
  • Personal Attributes: Customer-focused with strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative team mindset aligned with our "winning together" philosophy.
