Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently recruiting for an Interim Finance Assistant to join a School based in North Bristol for a period of circa 3 months - With the hope to becoming a permanent member of the team.
Role: Finance Assistant
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 (Hourly rate equivalent)
Duration: Circa 3 months - With potential to become permanent
Start date: January 2025
Working pattern: Office based. 35 - 37 hours a week. This role can be full time or term time only.

Responsibilities include:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Raising purchase orders
- Assisting school staff to manage budgets
- Bank reconciliations
- Resolving queries and issues
- Helping with payment system
