Reed Accountancy are seeking a dedicated Finance Administrator to join a busy, North Bristol accounts team.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Prepare purchase orders in accordance with material requests and process purchase ledger invoices promptly, ensuring inclusion in payment runs.
  • Assist the Purchasing & Logistics Manager by liaising with the sales team on all aspects of sales arrangements, including order processing and invoicing.
  • Process and complete sales orders, delivery notes, and customer invoicing while directly liaising with clients.
  • Manage banking transactions and process bank payments.
  • Maintain cash flow reports and support general finance administration tasks, including sales ledger and purchase ledger management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an accounts team.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-starter with the ability to assume ownership of tasks and lead initiatives without direct supervision.
  • Experience using QuickBooks desktop is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
