In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.Your responsibilities as the Finance Assistant will include:
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Handle invoice processing, payments, and expense reimbursements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and oversee accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Work with automated processes.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve financial inquiries.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the finance team as required.
The successful Finance Assistant will require the following skills and experience:
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a finance or accounting role is beneficial.
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite ERP is an advantage.
