- Process daily payments for trusts and trustees, including both GBP and foreign currency transactions.
- Reconcile large client bank accounts daily, managing funds in excess of ÂŁ100 million.
- Manage deposits to maximise client interest, with quarterly interest calculations.
- Assist with payroll for 56 employees, with future growth expected.
- Prepare and manage company and consolidated management accounts.
- Handle company and inter-company expenses across multiple office locations.
- Collaborate with the technical team on quarterly fee processing and reporting.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience of using Sage Line 50 accounting system
- Basic knowledge of a P&L and Balance Sheet.
