Position: Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk Location: North Bristol, hybrid workingPay rate: £13 - 14 per hour + holiday Full-time contract for 1-3 monthsKey Responsibilities:

  • Processing high volume, high-value invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
  • Managing accounts payable queries and building strong supplier relationships.
  • Assisting with payment runs and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Supporting the finance team with month-end processes and reporting.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with formulas.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
