Position: Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk Location: North Bristol, hybrid workingPay rate: £13 - 14 per hour + holiday Full-time contract for 1-3 monthsKey Responsibilities:
- Processing high volume, high-value invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Managing accounts payable queries and building strong supplier relationships.
- Assisting with payment runs and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Supporting the finance team with month-end processes and reporting.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with formulas.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
