  • Manage Financial Transactions: Perform daily bank postings and reconciliations, ensuring precise and accurate record-keeping.
  • Warranty Coordination: Collaborate with colleagues to manage customer account activity related to warranty claims.
  • Credit Control: Oversee customer and vehicle accounts, achieving targets and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Assist in Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Support the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to maintain accurate and complete financial data.
  • Management Accounts Preparation: Assist in preparing management accounts, providing timely and accurate financial information to aid decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the Finance Administrator, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes. Step into their role when necessary to ensure seamless operations.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong working relationships with both customers and suppliers.
  • Operational Collaboration: Partner with operational colleagues on focused tasks as needed.
  • Project Support: Assist senior finance staff in projects aimed at improving reporting capabilities and enhancing overall team efficiency.
Skills and Experience
  • Qualifications: A-Level or similar accountancy qualification is advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
