Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently recruiting for an Interim Finance Assistant to join a business based in Avonmouth. This is for a reputable and growing business where you'll initially start on a temporary basis for circa three months with the view of becoming a permanent member of the team.

This is a brilliant opportunity to take your first step into finance where full training is provided and you'll be actively encouraged to progress, develop and study during your time with them.

Role: Finance Assistant - Trainee

Salary: Starting at £11.94 per hour, which increases in time in line with your experience/qualifications passed

Duration: Circa 3 months - To then become permanent

Start date: ASAP

Working pattern: Office based - 37.5 hours a week (Flexibility when needed)

The role involves:

  • Inputting of data for invoicing purposes
  • Processing purchase orders and invoices
  • Processing sales invoices and orders
  • Inventory of stock
  • Reconciliations
  • Assisting the finance team with additional duties
  • Finance administration tasks
