Cover Supervisor Bristol
Are you passionate about education and seeking a new challenge in Bristol? We are currently in search of a highly motivated and dedicated Cover Supervisor or trainee teacher to become a valuable part of our team at a delightful secondary school in Bristol, known for its positive learning environment and good behaviour.
Full and part-time positions are available immediately for the right individuals, with the standard working day from 08:30 am to 3:30 pm.
As a Cover Supervisor / Trainee Teacher you will oversee the classrooms in a teacher's absence, ensuring a positive learning environment, managing student behaviour, facilitating pre-prepared lessons, and providing essential support to maintain continuity in education.
For this role you will need:
- A minimum of A levels
- Preferable experience in a secondary school setting, but not essential!
- To attend a free cover supervisor training course in house (if you haven't got in school experience)
- Effective communication with students and strong classroom management skills.

The pay for this position ranges from £130 per day for a trainee and up to £160 per day for an experienced Cover Supervisor with higher qualifications.
