Day-to-day of the role:- Teach English to a diverse group of students, ensuring high engagement and academic success.
- Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that cater to the needs of all students.
- Motivate and inspire students to excel in their studies and develop a love for English.
- Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere within the department.
- Build positive rapport between staff and students to foster an environment conducive to academic success.
- Regularly assess and evaluate the progress of students, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in teaching GCSE English.
- Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for English.
- Ability to adopt innovative approaches to curriculum planning.
- Strong understanding of strategies to motivate and inspire students.
