We work on behalf of a well respected PRU that are in need of a teacher that can join them from the summer term in teaching KS3 Maths. The students at the unit all have Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs so will regularly exhibit challenging behaviour - you must feel comforitable in this area!
The role
The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about teaching Maths but looking for a change from their mainstream setting. An interest in Careers / Business is welcome as they expand their curriculum offer.
You will be expected to comfortably lead KS3 Maths, so experience in this area is essential. This is a full teaching role so will be epxtced to plan and mark your lessons with adequate PPA time provided.
