Are you a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in the Bristol area looking for work? If so, then Prospero Teaching would love to hear from you! We are currently looking to bring in more experienced HLTA's to support our wide network of Bristol-based schools. We need educators who are driven, adaptable and inspiring to join our Bristol team as we continue our expansion and support of local schools!

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

Location: Bristol

Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Start Date: Immediate

Rate of pay : £100 - £125 p/d (as per assignment/negotiable)

Hours: 08:30 16:00

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver group interventions and support in-class learning across KS1 and KS2.
  • Provide tailored support to students to enhance their learning experience.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure the smooth running of the classroom.
  • Contribute to our school's positive and inclusive environments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • HLTA qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting, preferably within a primary
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the school.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

*Hold right to work in the UK

*Hold and enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application

*Provide two professional child related references
