Here at Long-Term Teachers, we are seeking a HLTA to support an incredible 2 form entry school in the heart of Bristol.

This Primary School is a great place for you to develop your skills and knowledge as the staff are all friendly, supportive and motivated to provide the best learning experience for their pupils.

The Role

This role is a part-time position, until the end of the academic year. You will be working across all year groups, covering PPA time, delivering agreed learning activities.

The Head Teacher is looking for a candidate who will be happy to work throughout all year groups in the school, using your own initiative to adapt activities to meet the children’s needs.

You will be expected to:

  • Be able to engage children in their learning.

  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, staff and parents.

  • Thrive on challenging children’s abilities.

  • Have previous teaching experience and a great knowledge of the Primary Curriculum.

  • Have experience working with SEND children in the past.
