HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) Responsibilities:

  • Guide students and ensure support within the classroom as an HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant).
  • Learn students' individual needs and adapt the classroom approach to suit them.
  • Lead lessons and take on additional responsibilities as part of the education and training team.
  • Collaborate with the SENCO to implement appropriate education plans (IEPs) for students.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a TA in Specialist, Primary, or Secondary education.

  • Enthusiasm and dedication to supporting students in education and training are essential!
