* Role: HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) * Location: Bristol* Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract* Start Date: January 2025 / ASAP* Salary: £100 - £110 per day

We're on the lookout for a HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) to join our dedicated team in Bristol! In this exciting role, you'll:
* Collaborate closely with teachers to craft and deliver high-quality learning activities.* Provide targeted support to students, boosting their learning outcomes.* Lead engaging PE lessons aligned with the curriculum.* Foster a positive learning environment by managing classroom behavior effectively.* Work hand-in-hand with teachers to implement individualised education plans for students with additional needs.* Play a vital role in shaping our school's education and training policies and practices as a HLTA.
What We're Looking For:
* An HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.* Previous experience in an educational setting and ability to commute across Bristol* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.* A collaborative team player who is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
