SEN/SEMH Learning Support Assistant

We work closely with a well established special school based in South Bristol that are looking for either full-time or part-time LSA's that are able to join the team in providing support from the summer term. The school look after students from aged 4-16 with a range of special needs.
The school have operated successfully in Bristol for many years and are an essential part of the local community!
The role
The school are open to applications from staff from full-time & part-time candidates. Due to the SEMH needs of the students, it is imperative that you feel confident in working with challenging behaviour.
You must be reliable, proactive, patient and adaptable. You will be supporting the class teacher with keeping the students on task and working 1-1 with the more challenging students!
