Juice Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with a leading provider of Alarm Response and Monitoring Services across the UK, to find a Control Room Operator (Nights) to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment in Yate!
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV and intruder activity for suspicious behavior
- Handle and manage alarms coming into the Control Centre
- Provide customer service through outgoing and incoming telephone calls
- Work effectively with your team to provide top-quality support and service
You Will Need:
- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or alarm receiving centres (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A professional telephone manner
- An SIA Licence (preferred, but not essential)
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach

Additional Information:
- Full-time, permanent position
- SIA qualification paid for by the company
- 12-hour shifts (4 days on, 4 days off), (18:30-06:30)
