Hard Services Manager

Boden Group are currently recruiting for a Hard Services Manager to oversee Schools across Bristol.

This role is currently temp, however they will be progressing to perm after around 5 months.

The role will also progress into a Deputy FM position, so we will be considering candidates looknig to progress.

This position will be overseeing 4 schools, include full TFM, ensuring relevant maintenance is done to a high standard for the end clients, overseeing subcontractors, liaising with each of the premises managers who will raise any issues to the HSM.

Salary once permanent is 47-50k basic, vehicle also to be provided.

Hours - 40 per week, 8am til 5pm.
