Are you ready to lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service? Our client is seeking a dedicated Regional Service Manager to oversee operations in the South West region. Based in Midsomer Norton this role is pivotal in ensuring operational and financial targets are met while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

The Role:

As a Regional Service Manager, you will:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the South West service office, ensuring KPI targets are met
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships, conducting regular account reviews
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of field and office staff to deliver top-notch customer service
  • Equip new staff with necessary tools and training, supporting them through probation and beyond
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to maintain national service account KPIs
  • Oversee Service Technicians' activities to meet budgetary targets
  • Improve data management and process systems in partnership with IT
  • Resolve warranty and contractual issues with the contracts department

The Candidate:

The ideal Regional Service Manager will have:

  • Proven experience managing small teams in a customer-facing setting
  • Strong understanding of operational and financial KPIs, with financial metrics knowledge
  • Leadership skills to coach, support, and motivate teams effectively
  • Experience in building customer relationships and converting sales opportunities
  • Organisational skills to prioritise work under pressure
  • Problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
