Service Advisor

Brook Street is working with a large client in the Automotive industry seeking a Service Advisor on a Full-Time, Permanent basis.

Main duties:

• To provide excellent customer service for customer satisfaction.
• To order parts in a timely fashion.
• To maintain stock levels in line with supply and demand.
• To handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:

Customer service experience

Interest/knowledge in motor trade

Attention to detail

Excellent verbal communication skills
