  • All specialist clothing will be provided
As a Sewing Operative your duties will include:
  • Use sewing machines to sew or decorate clothing and other products.
  • keep machines stocked with thread, position material under needles, and guide their stitching to sew parts together.
  • When a product is finished, measure each item to ensure accuracy.
The successful Sewing Operative will hold the following skills and experience:
  • Minimum 1 years' experience sewing garments on industrial sewing machines.
  • Ability to alter garments for different specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of hand sewing techniques.
  • Ability to read patterns and instruction sheets.
  • Experience maintaining industrial sewing machines
