Our client is an established global online retailer with nearly 125 years of experience in the cycle industry. They are expanding their team to support their long-term growth strategy and are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join their Bristol showroom team.
As a Showroom Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional sales and providing expert advice to customers pre and post-purchase. Working closely with the central customer service team, your main focus will be ensuring top-tier customer service and supporting the growth of the brand.
We are seeking a cycling enthusiast who can provide industry-leading support. Previous retail or customer service experience is a must, preferably within the cycling industry. Mechanical knowledge of bicycles and awareness of current trends is important, along with experience in product merchandising and maintaining retail standards. This role is available part time and full time
Essential Experience/Skills

- Retail or Customer Service experience
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record
- A strong team player with a passion for delivering outstanding service
Desirable Experience/Skills
- Prior experience within the cycle industry
- Experience working with sales targets, with a focus on results
