They are looking for a Branch Manager to lead their Bristol, Bath & Cardiff operations. The ideal candidate will place a huge emphasis on customer service and be passionate about delivering a first-class experience. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Lettings Consultants and Asset Managers.Working in a team you will be required to build excellent relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors. You must be an excellent communicator who is used to maintaining relationships with a diverse range of people and must have a 'get stuck in attitude’.

Your responsibilities will includeDeveloping and maintaining great relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and ContractorsEnsure the Tenant and Landlord experience is exceptionalManaging all aspects of asset management and lettings performance across the portfolioRecruit new team membersProvide initial and ongoing training to all team membersReview and audit asset management and portfolio performanceRun compliance reports on a weekly basisManage & Support Asset Managers with utility managementBuild & maintain effective working relationships with the central teamsManaging in-tenancy legal notices when requiredIntroducing and educating new legislation requirements and HMO licencing to Landlords when requiredSupport asset managers with investment advice on landlords' current and new portfoliosComplaints HandlingProactively create and convert new landlord and investor leadsNetwork to create opportunitiesManage lettings administration processManage the marketing and advertising of the portfolioManage marketing events alongside Marketing ManagerAudit Lettings Spreadsheet and branch performanceDeliver weekly lettings reports to the Operations ManagerCarry out regular landlord meetingsAudit inspection process and reportsDeliver monthly 1-2-1sStaff reviews and annual appraisalsSet Lettings KPIs and review on a monthly basis with the Operations ManagerReview the branches' monthly profit and loss reports with the Operations ManagerResponsible for organising office compliance, cleaning and upkeepResponsible for office cars, cleaning, organising MOTs, tax and repairsResponsible for organising the ordering of office refreshments
The candidate:Excellent organisational skillsExcellent communication skills in order to provide a high-quality to service to all customersThe ability to see a job through from start to finishExperience in Lettings (preferred)Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiativeAbility to prioritise workload and work to deadlinesFlexible and adaptable in approach to work
DetailsHours of work: 9am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday & 15 Saturdays per year 10am till 3pmCompetitive Salary: DOE (£35k - £40k)Bonus SchemeDriving licence required and personal car preferred
