Home Interiors Sales Manager

The Opportunity:

Are you a seasoned and passionate RetailSales Manager within the high end home interiors or furnishings market sector? If you can inspire a network of Interiors Showroom Managers, then youll love this national role. Ideally located around the Bristol area for ease of travel to the 10 Showrooms across the UK, your role will be to visit the Showrooms and develop your teams sales talent. You will help them to spot product and sales development opportunities in order to increase revenue across the branch network. Your proven experience within Sales Management in the Interiors/Home Furnishings industry will be heavily relied upon. This role is offered on a part time basis: 3-4 days per week.

Your Role:

  • You will excel in recruiting and developing Retail Sales team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide an exceptional interior design service.
  • Your skillset will ensure that the 10 national retail showrooms reflect the companys brand vision and ensure that their product offerings are aligned with that brand, market trends and customer preferences.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies that enhance product presentation and customer engagement.
  • Regularly review and update showroom displays to keep them fresh, relevant and appealing.
  • Develop and manage the sales team and equip the team to provide exceptional service and personalised solutions that drive sales and meet customer needs.
  • Participate in the development of new products and collections, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with market demands.
  • As part of the senior team, analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly and report on sales performance.
  • Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets and report on sales performance.
You Will Offer:
  • A proven Sales Manager within the luxury / high end retail home interiors, soft furnishings or home improvement market.
  • Deep awareness and involvement in the luxury retail market, with a strong understanding of the key drivers and preferences of high-end customers.
  • Strong knowledge of interior design trends and an eye for aesthetic detail.
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills, focussed on sales opportunities, client relationship management and product development.
