Join us as a Store Manager in Bristol Cribbs Causeway where you’ll work within our Retail Operations team to inspire and lead your shop team to consistently provide a great experience for our customers, as well as achieving exceptional commercial results. You’ll have the support to aid your continued development to make an impact, pushing boundaries, creating solutions, hitting targets.

What you’ll do:

  • Work 40 hours p/wk, 5 days out of 7

  • Role model our values every day, placing our customers and colleagues at the heart of everything you do

  • Experienced in understanding profit and loss and how to drive revenue through service

  • Proactively maximise the commercial performance of the store, increasing volume and value while driving conversions and ARPU

  • Support and challenge your team with effective coaching techniques, recognising developmental opportunities to ensure your team are empowered and equipped to achieve and exceed their targets.

  • Build and develop an inclusive and diverse team, while delivering against operational performance measures

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience within the Retail sector

  • A track record of coaching / developing people to deliver against targets

  • Understanding of commercial KPIs and driving performance

  • A passion for delivering great customer service

  • Excellent communication skills
