The Opportunity
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your store's operations, leading your team to achieve sales targets while maintaining a high-performing, customer-focused environment. You'll be part of a growing business that values expertise, teamwork, and innovation.
Your Responsibilities
- Mentor and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and exceed performance goals.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the store, including stock management, audits, and compliance.
- Ensure the store is presented to a high standard, aligning with brand guidelines, and executing seasonal campaigns effectively.
- Identify opportunities to grow and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Use KPIs and performance metrics to identify opportunities, improve store efficiency, and contribute to company goals.
Your Experience & Skills
- Proven experience managing a retail store, including budgeting, operational planning, and team leadership.
- A genuine interest or experience within the outdoors and winter sports.
- A customer-first mindset, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to build high-performing teams.
- A focus on delivering results while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
