The Role
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who struggle with emotional regulation and behavioural difficulties, often due to anxiety, trauma, or other challenges. You will work with students on a one-to-one basis or in small group settings, offering personalised support to help them engage with learning and manage their behaviour.
