What You'll Do

As a Community Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide hands-on, compassionate care in client's homes across the community

  • Support individuals with everyday needs-personal care, mobility, companionship, meal preparation, and more

  • Encourage independence, dignity, and confidence in those you support

  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families

  • Travel between care visits throughout Bristol and surrounding areas

Who We're Looking For

We are currently recruiting female-only care staff due to the nature of the role and the needs of the individuals we support. This is in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

To be considered for this role, you must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as you'll be supporting clients across different areas.

Essential Requirements
