- On-call (1 in 4 weeks), £100/week when on-call
- To support and empower clients who have multiple and complex needs who experience domestic abuse to live safe, independent lives.
- To complete needs and risk assessments in line with service operations procedure.
- To develop and sustain professional relationships with service users and appropriate external agencies
- Refer clients who are experiencing drug or alcohol difficulties to specialist agencies for treatment and support when appropriate to do so.
- Roles and objectives in organisation may change. All members of staff are expected to be prepared to work flexibly in response to changing business needs.
- A valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle - business insurance will be required for roles involving travel to work
- Knowledge of Domestic Violence is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of working with people with complex needs e.g., substance misuse and/or mental health
- Needs to be “Recovery” knowledgeable and has an excellent understanding of Addiction.
