  • On-call (1 in 4 weeks), £100/week when on-call
The Role: To provide comprehensive, holistic needs assessment, support planning, progress monitoring and review for clients with a range of complex, social and housing needs. The post holder is also responsible for delivering support to service users with complex needs who have experienced domestic abuse and been provided with short term, emergency refuge accommodation.   Responsibilities include: 
  • To support and empower clients who have multiple and complex needs who experience domestic abuse to live safe, independent lives.
  • To complete needs and risk assessments in line with service operations procedure.
  • To develop and sustain professional relationships with service users and appropriate external agencies
  • Refer clients who are experiencing drug or alcohol difficulties to specialist agencies for treatment and support when appropriate to do so.
  • Roles and objectives in organisation may change. All members of staff are expected to be prepared to work flexibly in response to changing business needs.
  Qualifications / Requirements: 
  • A valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle - business insurance will be required for roles involving travel to work
  • Knowledge of Domestic Violence is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience of working with people with complex needs e.g., substance misuse and/or mental health
  • Needs to be “Recovery” knowledgeable and has an excellent understanding of Addiction.
