- Both roles are working with clients who are homeless and have been placed in to temporary/emergency accommodation by the Bristol city council.
- The hotel role is under the winter surge scheme in hotels within Bristol
- The support worker will need to support the clients who have multiple complex needs to stay in their temp accommodation
- Create risk assessments and safety plans, making sure the client remains safe in their acc.
- Accessing adult social care where needed and clients who live in the community looking at move-on plans
- Accessing all support networks and especially health services, applying for benefits, and working closely with the Bristol city council around move on
