Five Education is seeking an inclusion support worker to assist students with SEND in a mainstream secondary school in Bristol. The school has a vibrant and inclusive environment, committed to providing a supportive and enriching learning environment to ensure that every student achieves their full potential. The role will be working 1:1 with a student throughout the week. You will provide tailored support to a student with specific educational needs, fostering their academic and personal development. The successful candidate will be compassionate, resilient and comfortable in handling challenging behaviour.
