Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to secondary school students in Thornbury.
• Apply psychological insight to help identify learning barriers and emotional triggers.
• Create a safe, supportive learning environment that encourages engagement.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists.
• Develop valuable experience that will benefit your future career in psychology or education.

• Position: Learning Support Assistant
• Location: Thornbury
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay: 90-100 per day
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
