Would you like to gain valuable experience working with Complex Needs, alongside a team of passionate SEN Teachers, SEN TAs and SENCo.

An exceptional specialist school in Bristol for children with Social and Emotional Mental Health Needs is seeking a bright and motivated Mental Health Assistant to support children facing behavioural and mental health difficulties. The ideal candidate will be a Graduate, with a degree in Psychology, Counselling, Criminology, or similar, though other subjects will also be considered. A degree is not essential, and we welcome candidates with relevant experience. The school caters to children aged 4 to 11, offering consistent and dedicated support to ensure they receive the highest standard of care.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring therapist, educational psychologist, or someone interested in therapeutic support work. You will work closely with the on-site team of therapists and psychologists, receiving mentorship, shadowing sessions, and gaining invaluable hands-on experience in Special Needs and Mental Health support.
