Rocasa Consulting are currently looking for experienced Support Workers to join a brand new team in the Bristol area. This team is focussed on supporting one client in particular who has complex needs (mental health and learning disabilities). The client is living in their own purpose built accommodation and requires 4-1 support at the time being.

This role would start Temporary Part Time and Lead to Full Time and Permanent Work.

There are a few roles within this team available, these range from days or nights and full or part time opportunities.

Pay rate: £14ph (DAYS) or £16ph (WAKING NIGHTS).

Essential Skills:

- Experience with clients with mental health support needs.

- Experience with challenging behaviour and complex needs.

- Knowledge and understanding of the mental health act.

- Knowledge and understanding of different mental health diagnoses and learning disabilities.

- Calm, reliable and approachable.

Desirable:

- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.

- Drivers' Licence

- DBS check on the update service or willingness to undertake a DBS check.
